Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

 

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there…………….

and I in my cap,……………….

 

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh …………………

 

But I heard him exclaim, 'ere he drove out of sight,

"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!"

Santa On The Move–Day 23

 

I’m almost ready to head to the North Pole for my Christmas Eve journey.

I changed into my usual red attire so I’d be recognizable. Mrs. Claus made me a new wardrobe since the old one no longer fit after I appeared incognito on Extreme Weight Loss. I know you probably didn’t recognize me on the show, but I was one of the biggest success stories they’ve ever had. To celebrate my weight loss Mrs. Claus decided to change the color on the fur when she made my new wardrobe.

With my new slim trim figure I can load more toys in the sleigh and the reindeer won’t have to work so hard.

I went outside and tested the snow. It’s  not as soft and fluffy as it was in the last snowstorm. This time it is a little crunchy!

I’m heading north so I’ll be ready tomorrow night to fly through the sky and deliver toys to good girls and boys.

Only 5 more days until Christmas.

I guess I’ll have to help unpack these boxes to see if they contain any presents for good girls and boys!

Santa On The Move–Day 19

After taking part in that Coca Cola commercial yesterday I was chilled to the bone. Guess I’m going to have to make my transition to the North Pole a little slower.
I found a nice warm corner to sit and warm up.

Santa is trying to transition from the warmth of Florida as he heads to the North Pole.
He thinks he found a spot with a perfect temperature as he transitions.

He said “I feel like I am in a Coca Cola commercial here!”

Santa decided it might be a good idea to head to Disney World before he starts his journey north to the North Pole.
He’s got his ticket as he bought it years ago and he can go to all the parks in one day with it.
He’s sure going to be able to check up on a lot of kids and find out if they’ve been good with just one visit.
He’s also going to be able to check up on the moms, dads, and even the grandparents while he is there.

Santa On The Move–Day 14

Santa says “I can’t believe there’s another imposter.  I can’t figure out why they are multiplying this year beyond belief.

So I asked someone if they knew anything about it. They gave me a two word answer: Beth Sherman”.

Santa is trying to figure out what that answer means.

When I saw these panels at the craft fair I knew I needed to get them for someone on my list. Maybe someone’s mother who has been really good this year!

Can you believe the beautiful embroidery on these panels? Diane really knows how to work that sewing machine and then make the designs into some really great pieces.

Santa On The Move–Day 12

So many of my elves are sitting on shelves this year that I didn’t know how weI’d get enough presents for all the girls and boys made.

So….what did I do?

I went to the craft sale and bought these really cute coin purses for 4 of the good girls on my list.

When things get tough, the tough think outside the box!

I think someone got a little carried away knitting these socks for me!
But she got them done so I can wear them as I deliver toys to all the good girls and boys!

Here they are. They sure feel wonderful on my feet. I understand they were knit with Emily Parson’s Sophie’s Toes Sock yarn and the color is Crushed Velvet. Won’t they be perfect when I put on my red crushed velvet suit on Christmas eve!

Looks like these mice are still stirring…..that is until Christmas Eve Santa hopes!

Santa says “Only 15 more days until Christmas!”

I am the one that helped the Packers deliver the win yesterday!
P.S. If I ever do decide to retire I may pass my job onto the guy in the red shirt and hat.....I hear he's been in training for my job for over 20 years! Signed, Santa
