What Are These Flowers?

image
This is the first year these flowers have bloomed while I am here. I had been told they were beautiful and seeing is believing. Greg is my official photographer with his Windows phone while he is here. He is getting some amazing pictures.

Not only are the flowers beautiful but the foliage is too. Our weather in this part of Florida is never predictable during the winter. We have periodic freezes, very cold weather and sometimes mild winters. This year we did NOT have mild winter yet this plant has flourished and bloomed early.

I believe its a hydrangea. We have them here in Pennsylvania as a perennial. Die back in the cold weather and come back in the spring. Perhaps it needed your cold spell to give it a rest so it could bloom again.

Looks like a hydranga- they change colors depending on the acid in the soil. Beautiful

I agree it's a hydrangea. We have alot around here (washington state) Sometimes you get multiple colors on one bush also. My friend had a huge one, as tall as her front door, that was a gorgeous blue but about a third of the Bush bloomed pink.

It's hydrangea. You can make it bloom different colors depending on what kind of additive you add to the soil. I don't know what to give it for different colors, but I am sure you could google it to find out. It's beautiful!
