I got a call from the computer techician today telling me the computer needs a new hard drive.
Dell sent it today.
Hopefully it will arrive and be installed tomorrow (or the next day).
Maybe I'll have my real computer back soon which means YOU will get to see photos again on this blog.

on the up side it sounds like they're keeping you "in the loop" about what's going on with your machine.... In my experience often service people forget to tell me what the change of plan is each time so I can adjust my hopes/expecations towards a realistic timeline.
I am glad I am not alone. My computer should be diognosed tomorrow.....
I am so fortunate to have my computer technicians less than a mile away. They are excellent in both their skills and their communication with me. What more could I ask.
Not only that - their is a bakery in their building!
