
I started by placing these fabrics on the design wall. I then take several steps back and decide what needs to be changed.

I made the dark border a little narrower and moved things around a little.

At this point I had to start sewing the fabrics together if I wanted to continue seeing how it would look.

I decided I had come to a stopping point for a day or two and will spend some time studying this as I work on another piece.
