The fabric I used for the 9 patches was one of my ugliest hand dyes ever.
Isn’t it amazing what happens when you cut up uglies and use them in small pieces?
The other fabrics are also hand dyed.

Beautiful bright quilt. Your post reminds me of a quote I heard Bonnie Hunter from Quiltville, "There's no such thing as an ugly fabric, it just hasn't been cut into small enough pieces". Very true.
