Remembering Georgia (O’Keefe) Is On The Wall

image
While I was taking the last stitches to add the casing to this quilt I realized that it was the perfect quilt for this wall in the breakfast room.
I try to change the quilts on display occasionally.
I am lucky my son Greg is always agreeable to help.

It is beautiful...I’ve done some scarves that have that sort of love color, love flower look...it is beautiful...you sock it away for something special and this truly is...there is so much complexity....and the scale is perfect....it’s a painting, a quilt, a textile art....it is just magnificent...I love it...I would hang it and never tire of it. One of my favorites now. Jim is in the ICU...I needed to look at something amazing this morning, thank you.
