Racine Washington Park High School Class of 1957 - 54th Reunion 4/4/2011

What perfect weather we had today for our class reunion at my house. It was warm with a gentle breeze. Most of us are accustomed to this as we live in the south, but one of our classmates came all the way from Pennsylvania and that was the occasion for our get together.

I purposely am not including names. I'm going to let any other members of our class who see this try to figure who we all are years later.

I'll also be sharing more photos than normal.


The men seem to be enjoying catching up and sharing stories.


Not only do you see some more visiting here, but you see one of our high school yearbooks on the table. It was fun to check it out.

Of course a lunch for Racine, Wisconsin friends included Bratwurst, Danish Kringle from Bendtsen's Bakery in Racine. We also had some other wonderful food and beverages.



These are our "formal" photos. We couldn't get us all in one photo because then there would be no one to take the picture so we did one of the women and one of the men.



These are the men who were here.

We all enjoyed seeing each other. Some of us see each other often, and there are others who haven't seen since we graduated. It's amazing how the years melt away and we can enjoy each others company as we did years ago.

If you were in our class and you weren't here, let me know and we'll let you know next time we do this - most likely "same time next year"!
