The Queen Requests Your Presence!

(Queen Of Ice that is)
You only have 16 more days to see Ice Tapestries and Shibori Quilts at the Anderson Arts Center.

121 66th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin. Open Tuesday-Sunday 1-4 p.m. The show runs through March 19th.

Karma is the largest piece in the show….50 x 103 inches.

Glory Aura, one of my shibori quilts

Chasing Rainbows 6 – One of two vessels made especially for the show.

Moonlit Jacobean Garden

Chasing Rainbows 5

They say one picture is worth a thousand words….well that hardly applies to photos of my pieces.
You really have to see them in person to fully appreciate them. This is not just my opinion but those who have seen the show.
There are over 85 pieces in the show and they all started with white fabric I either dyed and/or painted or both. And all 85 pieces are not online for you to see!
I hope you do find time to view the show.
