This is my new idea for a holiday decoration for the upcoming patriotic holidays.
I consider using wine bottles to decorate recycling. I do have admit I bought the wine in the red bottle for the bottle!
Although I can turn it on during the daylight hours, it is more effective in a dimly lit room.
