Getting back to normal - if there is such a thing!

I feel like I am finally getting some semblance of order back in my life.
That doesn't mean I've dealt with some of those things I really don't enjoy like paper work and taxes yet. But the dishwasher has been run, the laundry is caught up and my kitchen counters are empty.

Our weather cooperated today and I was able to pick up my Valentine Santa. I commissioned an artist to make him. I provided many small items with no common theme.

There is a heart pendant I cross stitched years ago, a lacey silver heart, a wooden heart, and a Liberty of London doll pendant slung over his shoulder.

His pack contains a chicken lamp, a glass candy kiss, a brass thread spool topped by a sewing machine, a rocking horse, a 6 pack of Coke, along with many other items the artist added to create this work of art. The garland of hearts ties it all together with a heart or Valentine theme. I love him.

I'll be back working in the studio starting tomorrow.

By popular response puzzles are back starting tonight.
In The Mood is one of the largest quilts I will have available in the gift shop during the show.
