Watching the Rose Parade is one of my favorite traditions each New Year's Day. This year I recorded it on 2 channels so I could see 2 views and get 2 different perspectives on it.
We were able to experience the 1999 Rose Bowl in person. It couldn't have been better.
Shirley Temple was one of the Grand Marshall's that year and that was so special.
The floats are unbelievably beautiful when you see them in person.
We arranged our trip before we knew our Wisconsin Badgers were playing.
We were even more thrilled when they won.
It was a truly memorable trip and if you've never experienced the Rose Bowl Parade and Game I highly recommend it.
